OBJECTIVE
To create a classroom where students are active learners and feel comfortable enough sharing
their thinking with the rest of the class to create a community of collaborative learning. Students

This was my professional internship of my undergraduate senior year with an 8 th grade science
and health teacher. I was able to complete over 800 hours in a classroom this past year gaining
experience with planning, teaching, and assessing students’ knowledge on a weekly basis.

This is the PDS Partnership. I was thankfully able to get a lot of virtual field experience during
the pandemic. This has also allowed me to build on my technology skills.

This job has given me the opportunity to become a leader as I have organized a book fair and was
able to lead a weekly tutoring service during my sophomore year. There have also been various
other projects that have allowed me to connect with the community.

Babysitting/Tutoring

During the Pandemic, I worked as a babysitter and tutor for four children to help them navigate
and help them keep up with their virtual studies.

I worked as both a cashier and also organizing around the store to help customers find the right
outfits and accessories for their children.
