Perspective: President of the University
Central Issues: Although St. George University is a prestige school, a major issue is its high rates of the
tuition fee which has to be prioritized and solved by the institution. A minor issue, the number of courses
it offers to another problem to deal with as it requires a number of employees with high salary demand.
Statement of Objectives:
1. To address the low number enrollees.
2. To address the issues as regards the many courses requiring a number of employees.
Areas of Consideration:
1. Low numbers of enrollees: St. George University has low number of enrollees due to high tuition
fee rates.
2. Too many courses: They are offering lots of courses and a number of employees are
moonlighting to other institutions, leading to conflicts with salary demands.

1. Decrease the rates of tuition fee.

the number of courses offered.
Recommendations: At present, St. George University should prioritize decreasing the tuition fee rates
starting with summer classes in another month. An action plan or Grant chart can be prepared. Second St.
George University should take time to address the concerns as regards the strategy to carry out and
implement changes in the form of decreasing the courses they offer.
