1. In your notebook or your computer write a comparison of two similar

objects (2 cars, or 2 computers, 2 cell phones, etc.). Make a list of
sentences using comparatives of equality (as ____ as, as much____ as,
as many ____ as). See page 17 for reference.

o The iphone's battery is not as efficient as the xiomi's.

2. 2. Write down 5 things you wish you could do during this quarantine time.
Write the statements and then record a selfie video saying your wishes.

1. In your notebook or computer write sentences of some special food

you have eaten in your life. Use present perfect to express your
sentence. Then, write information of when you ate this food using
simple past.
Example: I have eaten “zacahuil”;. I ate it when I traveled to the
Huasteca in San Luis Potosi one year ago.
Then add 3 meals you have never eaten or drunk but you
would like to try. Use present perfect
Example: I have never eaten deer meat. I have never drunk sake.

o I have eaten makis, I ate them a few months ago when I

went for a walk with a friend, it was the first time I tried
them.
o I have never drunk vocka
o I have never eaten pasta with shrimp
o I have never drunk mojito
2. Choose one of the following situations and record a selfie video giving
the instructions to...
a) change a flat tire
b) cook something
c) install an app in a cell phone
Use adverbs of sequence: First, then, next, after that, finally. Your
video has to be around 45 seconds too.
Cook a cake.
o First in a bowl add sugar and milk and mix
o Next add to the mix melted butter and vainilla extract
o After that mix until the sugar dissolves
o Next sift flour and baking powder and add to the mix
o Mix until just combined
o After that transfer the batter to the cake tray and bake in the oven
o Finally unmold and let cool
o After that decorate as you wish and enjoy
