What i learned in the topic is that Organization development is the study and implementation

of practices, systems, and techniques that affect organizational change. The goal of which is to

modify an organization's performance and/or culture. The organizational changes are typically

initiated by the group's stakeholders.

Indeed in organization still the only constant is change, and the organization must be open for

revision constructively. That it don't only modify something because of political issues but

because for the common good of the organization itself.

But this is so challenging. Like, How to Manage performance to increase accountability. Building

a pipeline of qualified leaders. Addressing the career development needs of a multigenerational

workforce. Strategically communicating organizational priorities.Engaging and retaining a

diverse workforce.

So far the topic is informative, but the reporter speaks so silently. I am a person who

understands the topic more in audio so i find it as a proble. Another is that i could still here

others noise like children and motorcycle. The reporter should have find a place that is silent to

deliver it in an order and audible manner.

But still despite this it is still an important topic. Since, Organizational development enables a

company to continually improve its processes and offerings. By helping make strategic choices

in all activities that the organisation does, OD helps improve efficiency. This tends to produce

better outputs with the same or reduced levels of inputs.
