Minutes on the Enhance School Improvement Plan Review for CY 2019-2021

Time Started: 1:30 PM

The second ESIP Review was conducted on February 20, 2020. The activity
started with a prayer by Ms. Joylyn B. Cerro and followed with the singing of national
anthem led by Ms. Geraldine P. Canoos. Our School Principal, Mr. Jessie I. Esmad, Jr.
gave the opening remarks reiterating the roles and responsibilities of the school and
the stakeholders. The SGC President, Hon. Ruby L. Saligumba, who happens to be the
Committee on Education Chirwoman of Brgy. Noli, stated the purpose of the
Enhanced School Improvement Plan for CY 2019-2021 Review.

After giving the statement of purpose, the ESIP Review proper follows, where
Mrs. Jaycee Lord S. Amomonpon, ESIP Coordinator, reviewed the meaning and parts
of the SIP.
Mrs. Amomonpon presented the Key Performance Indicator of the School that
contributed to the success of the different Programs and Projects incorporated in the
ESIP and implemented in the school. Based on the graph presented, that there is a
significant increase of enrolment of 11.65% (108 increase from 927 in SY 2018-
2019 to 1,035 in SY 2019-2020).
Dropout rate on other hand, from SY 2018-2019 to SY. 2019-2020 there is a
zero percent of dropout upon implementing the Project PAYOng Kabataan with sub-
project OMIE (Mag-aaral Ibalik Eskwela) where Home Visitation, Child Mapping and
instigating the Modular Class for students who have problems of coming to school.

As to Cohort-Survival and Completion Rate, based on the presented graph that


there is a slight decrease of 10.15% of the Cohort-Survival from 89.22% in SY 2018-
2019 to 79.07% in SY 2019-2020 consecutively. The completion rate in SY 2018-2019
is 89.22% and in SY 2019-2020 is 79.07% where based on the graph there is a slight
decrease of 10.15% in Completion Rate. It is therefore that there is a need to intensify
the Project PAYOng Kabataan.
Under QUALITY, there is a slight decrease .88% in Graduation Rate in two
consecutive school year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 consecutively.

But, in the Promotion Rate, based on the graph there is a significant increase in
the promotion from Grade 7 to Grade 12 in school year 2018-2019 to 2019-2020 of .
89%.

In the review, programs and projects implemented were also presented, of


which the findings and recommendations were also given.
The ESIP Review indeed at 5:30 in the afternoon with success. It ended with a success.
