TENANCY RENEWAL AGREEMENT

This Tenancy Renewal Agreement is made as of this day on April 18th 2021, between:
Landlord: Ngo Tzuo Dong, and
Tenant: Norhayati Binti Md Nasir, located at No.12, Jalan Nusaria 7/4, Taman
Nusantara 81550 Gelang Patah, Johor.
Each Landlord and Tenant may be referred to individually as a “Party” and
collectively as the “Parties.”
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant entered into a lease agreement dated 01st January
2015, and there is no amendments to the “Letter of Agreement” for the rent and use
of the property located at No.12, Jalan Nusaria 7/4, Taman Nusantara 81550 Gelang
Patah, Johor; and
WHEREAS, the Tenancy Agreement has been expired; and
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant now wish to extend the term of the Tenancy
Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants
contained herein and
for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged,
the Parties agree as follows:
1. The term of the Tenancy Agreement is hereby extended every THREE (3) years
from 18th of April 2021 to 17th April 2024 as long as that Second Party is continue
leasing the above said premises.
2. The rent for the Extension Term shall be remain
unchanged.
3. Tenant shall NOT pay an additional security deposit.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Renewal has been executed and delivered as of the
date first written
