Pay History
Pay History is a record of the details which make up your Gross to Net Pay, along with other information. The history at
the top of the page is by year and check date. If you have processed through this system for multiple years, there is a
drop-down at the top of the screen for each year. The summary at the top of the screen includes:
 Check Date: The date the funds were available to you, either through a live check or direct deposit.
 Gross Pay: The total cash wages paid, prior to taxes and deductions.
 Total Hours: Hours reported in the payroll process.
 Net Pay: Your take home pay.
 Check/Voucher #: If receiving a live check, this is the number on the check. If direct deposit, this is a system-
generated identifying number of the direct deposit transaction.
 Check Amount: An amount will appear for your net check if receiving the funds through a check
 Description: The type of payroll processed.
 PR Run #: A system-generated number to identify the payroll transaction.

In order to see more Pay History, use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the menu, or change the Year in the drop-
down box.
