CompTIA A+ certified and trained through CompTIA Tech Career Academy and built upon troubleshooting and technical
support knowledge. Prior technical experience in a home lab environment includes building custom gaming computer with
RGB components and liquid cooling; upgraded laptops replacing hardware components including hard drives and RAM;
upgraded Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro to meet system use needs for class; set up a virtual machine using Oracle
VirtualBox to become more familiar with installing operating systems and software. Additionally assists family, friends,
and coworkers with their computer and mobile device troubles by identifying issues and then resolving problems such as
connecting to a network, virus detection and removal, restoration of mobile devices OS, and unlocked frozen devices using
a hard restart. Enjoys educating people about current technologies, while teaching them about device features and
