4.2 Identify possible distinctive HR practices that organizations are doing because of
Bangladeshi culture
Human resources are of paramount importance in a modern organization to be sustainable in the future.
Human resource management is a process with appropriate arrangements for managing and managing
employees in an organization. [ CITATION web21 \l 1033 ] These are among the important tools that play
an important role in job satisfaction as well as motivation of employees. HR policies must be effective
and enforceable with the approval of both management and employees. Each organization builds its HR
policies in line with the organization's goals, objectives, priorities and goals.

For example, we can say –HR at bKash as well as company culture and doing business in
Bangladesh with HR practices. [ CITATION Fer18 \l 1033 ] For example, HR Business Partner for Sales
sits down with the sales team and shows the sales team and their activities. S / S is a member of the sales
team and shares the same objectives as the other salespeople. The only difference is that he/she focuses
on the HR requirements of the sales team. Although these business partners work with different

and then designing programs accordingly. To effectively support the sales department with HR

include cultural values. Employee conduct is influenced by cultural values.

Organizational culture engage an employee in community to make co-operative to each other , employees
are more likely to be satisfied and motivated by HR department though that are not in favor of recruiting.
Some employees may see this as an unnecessary risk, others may have personal reasons such as
embarrassment or not managing comfortably.

that, you are paying them only in the form of salary. At the end of the day, they are giving you their time,
effort and resources. Sometimes, work should be done for money but most of the time, it is complicated
because people are not. In addition to money, they look for cognitive challenges, satisfaction, long-term
prospects for their work, development opportunities, and more.

It's ridiculous not to have a department to deal with people who are the most important resource in your
organization. The HR department designs processes, strategies and activities that engage people and equip
them to deliver in the best possible way. This is why there is criticism of having an HR directorate.
Other Non-banking and Multinational or private entities In Bangladesh, these organizations can rely on
political parties or influential groups to grow their business. Thus, those companies are obliged to
consider their requests during the recruitment process.HR is a relatively new concept and as a result, we
still do not have enough skilled HR people on the market. We don’t have the right talent flow. This is the
biggest challenge facing, the shortage of skilled HR people.

practitioners and learn things by practicing. After a few years this will not be possible because the
industry is growing and HR specialists or at least HR majors will be needed more than ever.
