Cancer: Let the Coffee Be thy Medicine

“let the food be thy medicine” is a common slogan these dans with cancers stroke

and heart disease rates climbing conventional medicines so called cures aren’t

working regardless of billions spent in research and development. However several

new studies suggest coffees helps prevent breast, prostrate, Head and neck cancers.

While too much coffee can cause health problems such as ulcers new research

suggest generous amounts of it’s are most strongly linked to lower cancer rates

between two and five cups daily, or even more depending on the study and cancer

type.

In one analysis researchers pooled data. On regular coffee drinkers and non-

drinkers from nine studies collected by the international Head of Neck Cancer

Epidemiology consortium.

People who drank about four or five cups a day had 39 percent decrease risk of

oral cavity and pharynx cancers was too sparse for detailed analysis, they added,

but indicate no increased risk. Tea intake wasn’t associated with head and neck

cancer risk.
In another study, Harvard University researchers presented data showing that men

who drank the most coffee had an up to 60 percent decreased risk of advanced

prostrate cancers.

Results of the a third study showed a decreased risk of gliomes, or brain turn or

associated with coffee. This link was found among those who drank coffee five or

more cups daily according to the researchers from imperial college London.

These effect is related to estrogens, female sex hormones, certain metabolic

products or these Hormones, are known to be carcinogen; and various components

of coffee can alter the metabolism so that a woman acquires a better configuration

of various estrogens, investigators said caffeine also hampers cancer cell growth.

And yet a fourth study found that at least two or three cups of coffee a day can

either reduce their risk of breast cancer or delay it onset.

In the study researchers studies the coffee drinking habits or women including

nearly 460 breast cancer patients at lund.

Women who had one of the variants; and who had drunk at least three cups of

coffee a day, developed breast cancer considerably more seldom than woman with

A/A variant with the same coffee consumption their cancer risk was only two

thirds or that of the other women.

The study of Harvard school of public Health, showed drinking more than six cups

of coffee daily can reduce the risk of getting prostrate cancer. From 48,000 men

and 12years study, researchers discovered that those in this category had a 60

percent less chance of developing bethal prostrate cancer compared with non-

drinkers when they drank six cups of coffee everyday.
