Task: To convince the Manager that I was doing the right thing.
Actions: I researched the internet and checked the bearings and seals for

Result: Most solution ended up with me and the professor kept referring to
my work and with time they agreed with my expertise. We are still friends
today. I learned sometimes it might take time to get the level of co-operation
to make a project work effectively especially when there are personal
differences.

and after we reached a better way individually .I now called everyone
together to explain to everybody so everybody felt very comfortable.
