1. click play button to listen audio file

2. You can also move the cursor over the

waveform then click the play button
1. Listen carefully to the audio file
2. Check if the audio corresponds to the text
3. Click the drop-down option to select the
corresponding option
Please judge the role of the person speaking, select
“Customer” or “Servicer”
 Various non-textual noise information should be selected as
“Noise”
If there are more than one role in the track, or if it contains
both vocals and noise
Click “ ” to add a line
You will see that the audio is sliced and you can move the
borders below the waveform graph to adjust the position
Then fill in the words you hear in the corresponding position
after completing the annotation of this audio, please click
“Next” to the next audio
click “OK” and continue
You can exit the task at any time,
in task center you can view the progress of your task completion
