Project Title: THE EFFECTS OF SOCIAL NETWORK SITES

Introduction & Background:

The word social comes from the Latin socius meaning "friend." When you're being social, you're
everyone's friend. Go to a social, or mixer, and you might make a lot of new friends.

Social networking sites (SNS) are a way for people in the offline world to stay connected regardless
of geographical distance, difference in time, or other context-specific barriers. They are spaces of
socialization for common communities, communities in practice, or those united by a shared
interest.

Effects:
Obesity, insomnia, eyesight-related problems, body aches, and so forth.

Project Objectives:
The aim of the project is to address the main
problems of the social network sites.
The target audience are teenagers
Educate the youth.
To raise awareness among the people about the
social network sites.
Sexual content should be excluded from all the
network sites.
Cybercrime should be stop through the social
network sites.

Our project should aware the youth and Cybercrime, sexual content can be stopped.

Parents must look after their children’s and maintain the check and balance on their activities
and the social networking sites. Website owner should maintain age restriction on their sites.

It is important because it also helps boost business productivity when used for public relations,
marketing, and advertising purposes.
 (How will it benefit the society?)
After the solution of the problems of our project online business of the people easily run on the
social network sites,
Social network sites easily used for marketing, public relations and advertising purpose.
