BAR & BENCH CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

WHY SHOULD I BE SELECTED AS A CAMPUS AMBASSADOR ?

It is without a shred of doubt that I would be a great fit for the Bar & Bench Campus
Ambassador Program. I would, with utmost dedication, be able to execute the responsibilities
entrusted to me. My primary reason to become a Campus Ambassador is to get a first-hand
experience of how Legal Journalism operates up close and how I can contribute to the
circulation of relevant and accurate news. It has always been my interest to follow stories on
Bar & Bench. My experience in working, coordinating and leading various student
committees/societies/projects in the University has allowed me to hone my management
skills as an individual and a team player which I believe would be instrumental in fulfilling
my mandate as a Campus Ambassador. My analytical approach to problem solving and the
passion & love for research, drafting and legal writing would be well served by the
ambassadorship.

As a student representative, I would meticulously spread awareness about Bar & Bench and
its various initiative throughout the campus via Batch Groups (WhatsApp), Student Activity
Centre (Facebook closed group), Google Groups (all students of the University) and also
during various flagship Inter-University Competitions.

Being a 3rd year student, I am well poised to fulfill my responsibilities as a Student Reporter.
It goes without saying that access to students is available, but I am also well placed to
interview any faculty.

I would regularly share updates via Social Media, which I already do through WhatsApp
because some updates are too interesting to not share. I am really excited to work for Bar &
Bench and for the invaluable opportunity to be the point of contact at my University to
inform the various developments and events on campus. The ambassadorship would keep me
in touch with what all is happening around me in the field of law and provide a chance to
network with students across various law schools.
