1. Open the Google Play Store App .


2. Tap Menu Account Subscriptions.
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap Cancel.

You may also manage your subscription by logging into your Google Account and managing your
subscription here.

Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your
subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription,
you will still be charged.

We understand you'd like to cancel your Hallmark Movies Now subscription. Your in-app purchase
through your Amazon Fire TV device must be managed through the Amazon website. Please follow

device, please follow this link on your iPhone/iPad or you may follow the steps below.

1. Open the Settings app.


2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don't see "Subscriptions," tap "iTunes & App Store" instead.
Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap
Subscriptions.)
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is
already canceled and won't renew.

Channel Everywhere app as it is part of a different service. The Hallmark Channel Everywhere app

'Hallmark Movies Now' differs from the 'Hallmark Channel' in that we offer unique content not
currently playing on the Hallmark Channel, to prevent an overlap in viewing content from our
cable-provided counterpart. Hallmark Movies Now does not require you have a cable provider; only
access to the internet or WiFi.

We have recently moved all of our data to a newer billing platform upon launching our latest version
of the app. While it was clearly done by mistake, the $0.10 and/or $1.10 value reflecting in your bank
statement is just an authorization request for the purpose of verifying your bank account. It is
normally reversed shortly after and is normal and legitimate practice to ensure that a valid payment
method is being used. Nevertheless, we will ensure to have your billing information removed from
our system as we can confirm that you no longer have an active account with us.

posted back to your bank account. Your renewal date would be on the 26th of every month and only
one payment should be taken out from your bank account moving forward.

Hallmark Movies Now is designed to be accessed on a broadband connection with modern web
browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We also recommend using Windows 7 / Mac
OS 10.9.5 or higher. Our service is available on other internet-connected supported devices including
iPad, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast and more. The "Offline-Mode" feature is not yet available at the
moment but we sure can pass your concern on to our developers and see what can be done to
formally support this feature.

longer active due to non-payment. We have attempted to charge your credit card back on the 25th of
May and continued to do so every six days for six more times to no avail. We kept on getting a Soft
Failure: Insufficient Funds (Try to resolve with the customer, or get an alternative method of payment)
error. It would be best to update your payment information should you want to reactivate your
subscription.

Our record indicates that the subscription you had with us was created through one of our partnered
third-party platforms (Roku, iTunes, GooglePlay, etc.). These third-party platforms currently don't
allow our valued members to renew a lapsed or cancelled subscription. Our developers are already
aware of this and are currently working to get this feature available in the next couple of updates.
What you can do in the meantime is to visit us at hmnow.com and create an entirely new account
directly through us using a different email address. In that way, if you decide to cancel your
subscription and then renew it at a later time, you will be able to do that without any problem at all.

they are removed will they be added to our service. Our movie catalog is updated every one to two
weeks, with new titles added from either the Hallmark Hall of Fame, Movies & Mysteries, Drama, or

internet-connected supported devices including iPad, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast and more. The
