1. Discuss the questions with a partner. When a patient has just received bad
news, what is the best way to handle the situation
 when the patient cries? cheer up
 when the patient gets angry? Calm down
 when relatives demand to know all the details from you? notify as needed
 if you think that the patient does not really understand the situation?
