1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT
User Requirement:
Report Daily Equipment Performance is daily level of Report Equipment Performance.
Report Daily Equipment Performance is divided into header level and detail level. Header
level will display Report Equipment Performance per model unit. Detail level will display
Report Equipment Performance per equipment number which have the same model unit.
Report Daily Equipment Performance will display all equipment used in selected Site.
Initiating Transaction / Program: Custom program to display Report Daily Equipment Performance.
RICEFW Work Unit # : N/A
Report Title : Daily Equipment Performance
Module & Sub module : MCD – Report Daily Equipment Performance
When Report will be required : 1st day Go Live
2. TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Functional Description of Report
The purpose of this functional design is to generate Report Daily Equipment Performance.
Forming elements of Report Daily Equipment Performance is obtained from three main transaction
modules, Hour Meter, Working Hour, and Hourly Production.
Summary Level : Detail
Output : Screen
Frequency : Daily
Processing Type : Batch
Owner : Engineering
Audience : Supervisor MCD - Engineering, Supervisor MCD - Operation
Business Driver : BUMA
Priority : High
Complexity : High
Design Assumptions :
Several assumptions are used for MCD application development, those assumptions are:
1. The development items will be made into web application.
2. The development will be using technologies such as, .NET, SQL Server 2016, Telerik version
2017, and using PRISM as a framework.
3. Report can be export to Excel with file type .xlsx
4. Report will be built using batch processing. There will be temporary table to store data and
calculation needed for Report Daily Equipment Performance.
5. This report relies on the accuracy of transaction data maintenance stored in custom table that
is accessible for user to update/refresh the transaction table.
