Password of user will be saved in Database with end to end encryption

and hashing is done for next level security to the system.

2. Students Record

Student’s complete record will be saved into database. User will be able to
register new students, edit information of students, promotion of students to next class
or section.

3. Manage Class

User will be able to manage class schedule by assigning teacher to class.

System also provides facility of creating multiple sections of one class in order to better
control of class having large data size of students.

4. Subject Management with Lab Class

Subject management will be conveniently handled by MIS and allotment of

lab classes will also be done by MIS.

5. Attendance

Daily and lecture wise attendance will be marked online and sms / email
will be sent to parents / guardian for keeping an eye over children’s attendance.

6. Exams

Exam grading / marking option will be available to user with a facility to

generate result cards. Marks & Grades of students will be sent to parents.

7. Entrance Reports

Entrance report of student and teacher will be generated at the time of

entry and message will be sent to administrator and in case of students copy of the
same will be sent to parents. This will mainly help to trace out students for their parents.
Turn Style is a newly developed machine that instantly deliver message to administrator
when thumb of a entering employee is pressed over it.

8. Accounts Management

Generating fee Challan, fee clearance report of students will be easily

developed by the system.
9. HRMS

Employee’s management will be taken care by MIS. Profile creation,

Change in Profile, Deletion of any employee, Salary payment and their attendance will
be easily monitored by MIS.

10. Transport

Transportation system will also be managed by MIS. Tracking vehicle will

be convenient.

11. Library

Record of library, issued books and detail of staff will be available in MIS

12. SMS / EMAIL

SMS / Email facility will be provided by MIS.
