647997735, has been nominated as our authorized Representative and as such he has legal authority to
discuss, negotiate on behalf of Billion Sow Holdings Limited in about financial transaction and
investment with Indonesian Receiver Company, Receiver Bank, and Indonesian Government including
the DTC financial transaction, Receiving PGL for Sender Side, except signing of contract and/or any other
documents.

Mr. YANG JOONYEOL is also hereby authorized to release the DTC financial transaction code to the
receiver bank on behalf of Billion Sow Holdings Limited

This POWER OF ATTORNEY can not be modified and come in force on Sep. 04, 2020 till to Sep. 03, 2021.
