ANALYSIS

1. Energy system sound like something , only serious athletes


need to think about because they’re performance related.
But if you are a human being ,them the performance of
your cells does matter, because it also affect your quality
of life , health and longevity .
2. Strength and flexibility exercise will help you increase
muscle strength ,maintain bone density , improve balance
and reduce joint pain.
3. Energy is about how the movement happens .The energy
is include variation in movement flow and the use of
force ,tension ,and weight . All dances use the element of
energy ,though in some instance it maybe slow ,supple
,indirect energy -not the punchy ,high speed energy of a
fast tempo dance.

PROCESSING QUESTIONS

1. I find the difficult part of analyzing the questions


number 3 is because we cant even know the energy
system works , but when it use to dancing , they are
so many types of dancing that we didn’t know if its
faster or slow just like hip-hop dance ,which is have to
do with energy and grand cotillion dance that use in
debut which is slow to dance .
2. I achieve all the activity by trying to analyze all the
question so that I can understand easily and also to
make an answers .
3. I feel the activity to challenge my self and to
understand each of the question. I know that its
difficult to understand but at least I try ‘d to
understand the answer.
