RE: Offer of Employment

With reference to your application and the subsequent interview/s you had with us, I am pleased to be able
to invite you to join in the professional staff of Iqura Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at our Bangalore office.

You will be appointed as a Database Developer, on the terms and conditions stipulated herein. You are
required to report for duty and join the company not later than 14 May 2015.

Iqura is a performance-driven organization and our compensation structure embraces a program where
rewards are aligned with performance.

During your employment at Iqura, you will be bound by the terms and conditions of service applicable to
employees at Iqura and will need to execute an agreement confirming the same.

We expect that during your tenure with us, you will perform your tasks to the highest level of professionalism
and display commitment to the Iqura organizational goals and business ethics.

Please submit your testimonials and last 3 months pay slip upon acceptance of this offer. Please also furnish
a copy of your resignation letter duly accepted by your employer, within a week of accepting this offer, failing
which this offer stands withdrawn.

If you are excited by the prospects of working at Iqura and accept this offer, please sign the duplicate copy of
this letter, on each page, as a token of your acceptance of the terms of your employment. This offer is valid
for a period of 2 days and we must receive your acceptance within this period.

PRIMARY TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

1. The official work timings of Iqura are from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Lunch
break is provided between 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm. However, the office is open 24 hours a day,
the entire year.

2. Your annual compensation represents total employer cost to the company. Please note that all
salaries and allowances come under the purview of the Income Tax Act and are as such, liable
for Tax Deduction at Source (TDS). Other deductions such as Professional Tax, etc. will be at
the prevailing rates.

3. Your appointment is subject to a probationary period of six months. At the end of the
probationary period, a performance review will be held and if found satisfactory, you will be
confirmed in the services of the company. The probation period may be further extended at
the discretion of the company depending upon your performance during the probationary
period and unless confirmed in writing, you will be deemed to be a probationer.

4. You can terminate your employment by giving at least one month’s written notice while under
probation, or three months written notice after confirmation, or such modified period as may
be applicable to all employees in the company. Your services may be terminated by the
company by giving either 1 month notice or salary in lieu of notice, at the sole discretion of the
company. However, if you are in breach of the terms and conditions of employment or are
found guilty of misconduct (including absence without leave, violation of company policies,
misuse of company property), the company reserves the right to forthwith discharge you from
service without notice or salary in lieu of notice.

5. You will not engage in or do any other business or render any professional services on a full-
time or part-time basis during the course of your employment with us.

6. You will keep your work strictly confidential and not divulge or disclose to any outsider or
others either during your employment or after, any information related to the company, its
business, employees or associates.

7. You will abide by the performance parameters and policies of the company, which are in force
from time to time. The company reserves the right to vary or modify any of the terms and
conditions of the service, from time to time.

8. You shall inform the company of any changes in your personal data within one week of such
change. Any notice required to be served on you, shall be deemed to have been duly and
properly served, if delivered to you personally or sent to you by post, at your stated address in
India, as recorded in the company’s records.

9. Given the nature of our business, quality and timeliness of work is crucial. Non-adherence to
the same is viewed as gross negligence and indiscipline and which may form grounds for
termination of service.

10. You shall not bring in or take out any software and/or hardware of any kind to/from the
premises of the company without prior written permission.

11. You will not misuse or abuse any of the facilities provided by the company at its premises for
work or recreation related activities.

12. This offer is subject to satisfactory review and verification of your references and testimonials.
The following documents are required from you. Your joining is subject to your submitting all
these documents on the day or prior to joining the company.
a. Education Certificates
b. Passport Copy and/or Proof of Address and Identity
c. 3 color photographs
d. Prior appointment, relieving and experience letters from all previous organizations
including your last employer.
e. Latest 3-months pay slips

13. Breach of any of the above conditions will render you liable for termination of your
employment, without notice or compensation.

14. The court at Bangalore shall enjoy the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain all disputes arising out
of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
