2. Determine, propose and summarize the benefits, advantages, features and
function of the new product or service;
3. Identify the process in making the product or providing the service; and
4. Prepare the flowchart of the process involve in making the product or providing
the service.

and the explanation on its usage must be understandable. (size, shape, color, materials
used, etc.)
The BAFF Matrix
The contraction BAFF Matrix means Benefits, Advantages, Features and
Functions. This is an additional manner of product description. It provides the benefits
customers will gain using the product, the advantages when this product is used,
important features of the product and its significant functions.
Benefits- benefits customers will gain using the product/service
Advantages-advantages when the product/service is used
Features- important features of the product/service
Functions- significant functions of the product/service
