Jhoana cliente: Good afternoon I want to file a complaint

myself. Could you explain what happened to you?

Jhoana Cliente: It turns out that last month I bought a King bed that I liked because
it is comfortable, spacious, good for health and warm, I requested that the product
be delivered to me in 20 days, but I was able to receive the bed a month and a half
later, on top of that , I noticed that the bed had a defect because one of its supports
was longer than the others.

José Distribuidor: Well, I can explain the reason for the delay in the delivery of the
product

Jhoana Cliente: yes, of course it would be very kind

José Distribuidor: The delay in the delivery of the bed is due to the fact that during
the transport of the product to his home there were several inconveniences such
as collapses in the road, stoppage or protests by protesters that hindered normal
mobility.
Jhoana Cliente: ok, I understand now I ask you to explain why the bed came out
with a defect where one of the supports is longer than the others and also is not
warm and is very hard.

José Distribuidor: Mrs. Jhoana I suggest changing the bed but don't worry. I am
going to speak with the person who manufactured or supplied the product in order
to try to fix the problem with the product, please request that you send me the
product warranty so that I can do the required procedures to solve the problem, I
ask you to please give me 8 business days to fix the problem

Jhoana cliente: Ok perfect, I will send you the copy of the guarantee .

José Distribuidor:Mister Felipe, it turns out that there was a problem with a client
because the product delivered to her, which is a bed, arrived with manufacturing
defects.

Felipe Proveedor: What is the defect in the bed sold to the client?

José Distribuidor:The defect that the bed sold to the client has is that one of the
supports came out longer than the others, it is warm and hard, we must look for a
prompt solution to that problem or unforeseen and give the client satisfaction and
avoid a bad company image

material is not original, the solution is to change this bed for a better one, because
fortunately in the company we have beds made with excellent quality material to
satisfy the customer.
