Da 'Gusto Bakery. It is a company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of bakery
and pastry products in several municipalities of the department of Tolima.

MISSION
We are a company committed to delighting our customers. in the production of bread,
pastries and other food products with a unique and traditional flavor.
Providing the best service to our customers, likewise, promoting our products with
excellent quality. Maintaining an admirable leadership for our innovation and creativity in
collaboration with our workers.
To carry out our objectives, clients have at their disposal the best attention and efficiency in
service. In order to satisfy the needs of each of our clients.

VISION
The idea of our company is to become a mega bakery at the departmental level, in a time of
(5) years. We want to be present in all the municipalities of the department of Tolima, with
the passage of time, to be a pioneer and leader in the country in the trade of bakery
products. We estimate to offer more than 5,000 new jobs, which will be distributed by
people (displaced persons, mothers who are heads of families, the indigenous community,
among others).
We want to grow as a productive and sustainable company. Where customers feel that they
buy products and receive excellent service, where harmony and joy are breathed by our
workers.

POLICIES
 Da ’Gusto Bakery and its servers promote work and personal growth, organizational
values, well-being and labor standards.
 The company will promote good relations, good treatment and tolerance among
employees through the implementation of occupational health programs.
 Use the meetings to listen to the ideas and results of the workers.
