I. What does it take to be a perfect leader?

Leaders are someone who guide a group of people toward a common objective. A leader does
not command, but rather leads. They inspire and motivate others to complete their tasks and take
action as a group.

To be a great leader, you must be an excellent communicator who can successfully

communicate your ideas. Otherwise, your team will be unable to produce a satisfactory output
since they would have misunderstood your message. It also assists you in inspiring your
members because words, when used appropriately, are quite powerful. You must also be honest
and trustworthy, as people are more likely to trust and follow you if they believe you can be
trusted and have strong moral beliefs. Leaders must also inspire and raise morale, because when
people’s morale is low, they lose hope and become less productive. A team’s morale is crucial,
and you must keep it up by encouraging them. You must also be committed as a leader because
your commitment to your work inspires your people to work harder. This demonstrates to them
that yourself, like them, are working hard to achieve your goals. And, of course, as a leader, you
must be humble. If you act as if you are above your members, they will dislike you and will not
do their jobs properly, as well as gossip behind your back. So, regardless of your position, give
them the impression that you are still modest. And, as their leader, you must be wise and
confident, because the majority of decisions are made by the leader, and some of them are
difficult to make. You must be knowledgeable about the choices you’ve made and be confident
in it to offer your members the idea that you made the appropriate choice.
II. The Philippine Heroes in Comparison

III. The “true” Philippine National Hero

Jose Rizal became a national hero in the Philippines because he battled for freedom in a quiet
but effective manner. Rather than using force or aggression, he communicated his love for the
Philippines through his books, essays, and articles. At the time, he was a very remarkable
individual. He was modest, preferring to fight for reforms through his works rather than through
revolution. Instead of being confrontational, he used his brains, talents, and skills in a more
peaceful manner. Rizal was a talented poet and writer. He was a multilingual expert who could
communicate in a variety of languages. He was able to clearly express his ideas and opinions by
utilizing his intelligence. As a result, he was able to demonstrate to his compatriots and the rest
of the world what the Filipino was capable of. Rizal demonstrated that the Filipino’s abilities
were limitless by becoming a novelist, engineer, and writer, among other things. The Fight for
Liberty Rizal was able to change the way the Filipinos thought via his works. Another reason
Jose Rizal is the Philippines’ national hero is because of this. He was able to excite the people’s
inner spirit without making stirring speeches or big statements. He demonstrated that oppression
may be overcome without killing another person. He also demonstrated how the pen can be more
powerful than the sword. He also demonstrated how to effect change without resorting to
violence.
