Automatic rejections

Sometimes your resources may be rejected automatically by the system because of the reasons
below. If this happens, you can fix the errors indicated and resubmit the correct files for our team
to review it.

1. Filetype not valid

The file is not valid because it is not an EPS or a JPG or it is saved as JPG/EPS but the system
does not recognize it as such.

 2. Preview file doesn’t exist

If the EPS file doesn’t have a preview joint to it (the file’s preview must have the same name).

 3. Min dimensions not reached

Both vectors and photos must have a minimum of 2000 px in dimensions.

 4. Max dimesions exceeded  

Both vectors and photos must have a maximum of 8000 px in dimensions.

 5. Filesize exceeded

Both vectors and photos must have a maximum size of 80 MB.

 6. Corrupted file

This file is damaged due to an error in the upload or because the file is corrupted.

 7. Vector file not found

Cannot find the EPS file.

 8. Min filesize not reached

 Vectors: 0.1 MB
 Photos: 1.5 MB

 9. Metadata not corrected by the designer

This message is sent so that the author can make the right corrections to the metadata (refering to
the title and tags on the resources). The correction period is of 10 days; if this was exceeded, the
resources will be rejected.
