Water Purifiers:
 Water Filter is machine used to remove
unwanted impurities from water such as
sediment, taste and odor, hardness and
bacteria to result in better quality water.

 Water purifiers have become a necessity

for every household.

 Water purifiers ensure that you get clean

and safe drinking water on demand so that
you stay away from water-borne diseases.

 There are different types of water

filtration processes such as Reverse
Osmosis Water Filtration (RO), Ultra
Filtration (UF) and Ultra Violet
disinfection (UV).

 You need to choose a water purification

system depending on the quality of water.

 We can easily get in touch with service

professionals if there is a problem, it is
always helpful to know how these systems
function.
Types of Water Purifiers:
Depending on the water purification methods water
purifiers are can be classified into 5 types.

 Reverse Osmosis (RO)

 Ultraviolet (UV)
 Ultrafiltration (UF)
 Activated Carbon
 Sediment filter

RO Water Purifier:

RO water purifier uses semipermeable membrane to

purify water.
RO water purifier classified into two types
depending on the where they mounted.

 Wall mounted or table top RO water purifier

 Under-Sink or Under-Counter RO water purifier
 Wall mounted or table top water purifier is
mounted on the wall or on the kitchen
table.

Installation Procedure

Note: if the wall is not straight or the screws are

not progeny <Pined in an even positceit win damage
your purifier.
Note: Keep the device away from heat or direct
sunlight

1.First fix the SS ball valve (marked as no.4) to the

114 inch port of the 3-way connector (marked
asno.2) as shown in figure 2. motivate
2.Connect the 3-way connector to the raw water
supply (marked as no. 1) as shown in figure 3. The 3-
way connector is fitted in line with the raw water
supply
3.The other end of the 3-way connector can be
connected toe tap (marked as no.3)as shown in
Infigure4. Or can be plugged off if not required.
Step -3
1.Now connect one end of the white pipe to the SS
ball valve and another end to the upper push-fit
elbow fitting to the left-hand side of the purifier
labeled as WATERIN. As shown in fig 1.
2.Connect one end of the white pipe to the lower
elbow fitting connector in-tank labeled as REJECT
WATER and leave the other end in the overhead
tank. as shown in fig 2.

Step-4

Before connecting the power supply, it is important

that you perform the following functions:

1.Open the SS ball valve (Handle parallel to the ball

valve) to start the flow of water into the purifiers
shown in the figure.
2.Wait for2-3 minutes to ensure that the filters are
soaked in water.

Step-5

1. Connect the power supply.

Whereas under sink water purifier placed

underneath of the kitchen sink so it hidden.

Pros and Cons of RO units

Pros Cons
 RO water purifier  RO water purifier
removes dissolved requires electricity
solids, metal to run.
particles like  It needs running
arsenic, fluoride water with optimum
and lead water pressure.
 RO water purifier  It produces lots of
improves the taste waste water.
and odor of water  To purify 10 liters
by removing the of water RO water
contaminants that purifier produces
causing bad taste approximately 5
and odor. liter
 RO water purifier
is safe, cost
effective and easy
to maintain
Sediment filter:
 This one is a pre filter mean it used along
with other water purifiers like RO, UV.
 The matter which is collected at the
bottom of water or liquid is known as
sediment.
 Sediment may be rust flakes of metal pipes,
sand or mud particles and removes
turbidity of water.
 The basically sediment filter catches
unwanted dust, mud particles present in
water.

Specifications:
 Sediment Filter Life: Approx. 6 to 12 months
 Maximum Operating Pressure: 125psi
 Operating Temperature Range: 40-100°F
 Dimensions: 26" Height x 7" Width x 7" Depth
 Total Weight: Approx. 10lbs with Filters
 Flow Rate: 1-25gpm* for ¾" Inlet/Outlet
