Life
is an adventure
FROM PASTOR Ben
If we’ve learned anything over our past 25+ years as a church,

ORD
it’s that God’s plans are far bigger and greater than our plans. Life is an
adventure! This past year has been full of twists, turns, and unforeseen
events and circumstances that formed us into the people God chose
to move his mission forward at CedarCreek of introducing people
to Jesus and the life-changing adventure with him! No matter what
is going on in our world, people still need to be introduced to Jesus
and grow in their relationship with him, and he has placed us here
in the communities we serve for such a time as this.

OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS
o i c e pastor ben snyder

As we move into this next year with the confidence that the best is yet to
come and God is by our side, we have opportunities for amazing impact.
However, the only way to do this is if we each leverage our voices and
influence in the spaces where we live and work, with the relationships
God has put in our paths — each of us realizing God is calling us to more,
each of us having the spiritual vision to see how God is working and
moving the pieces around us on a daily basis, and each of us believing
“You Matter” about every person God places around us. Every invite —
every conversation — matters!

it may be good to revisit your purpose in this new season; and if you

Equipping
for the journey

Through our weekend messages

this past year, we’ve helped people
to both know God better and to live
out that authentic faith in bold ways.
We offered spiritual principles to
help people make the most of their
summer and to find peace no matter
what the world throws at us; we
celebrated 25 years of relentlessly
pursuing the lost and helping people
take bold next steps on the spiritual
journey; we talked about the division in
our country and how to respond as the
church; we learned what it looks like
to live a blessed life and to speak only
what is helpful for building others up;
we talked about Jesus’ most powerful
statements and what they mean for us
today; we invited people to step out
of the shadows at Easter, and to step
into the bold, satisfying life God calls
us to during The Adventure of You;
and so much more!
We can’t wait to see where the adventure

Camps

AM we’re b a
Last summer, 2020, our CedarCreek
Family Ministry Camps were cancelled
due to the pandemic, but this year we are back on track.
Camps make a life-changing investment and impact in the Next Generation:
“Olivia was struggling at school and home. She was not plugged in at church,
but about a month and a half before Fusion Camp, her mom reached
out to see if there was anything we could do to help her. Because of the
generosity of donors, Olivia received a scholarship allowing her to go to camp.
That made such an impact on her family that they started occasionally
attending on the weekends. At Fusion Camp, Olivia made really great friends.
She now attends every weekend, and her family attends as well! Thanks to
Fusion Camp, and the donations that allowed her to go, Olivia has a great
circle of friends and is personally in a better place than she was before camp.”
