The cattery home project went through without a hitch, but there are still areas where it
may be improved to make it even better. There are actions in the diagram that are
extraneous to the process, such as flipping or gathering the materials, as well as
operations that may be combined into one, such as cutting holes or glueing. The current
OPC is unappealing to the eye; it requires refinement and should be rearranged to
create a more user-friendly chart.

The cattery house's suggested and improved operation procedure chart. The
researchers look for ways to reduce needless operations such as flipping the cardboard
and the preparation procedure; they also combine activities that can be combined; and
they rearrange the process so that they begin with an activity that is simple to perform.
Where in the present OPC the starting point is UpperHouse 1 which is complicated to do
so in the proposed OPC the starting Point is the lower house where there is a little
operation and so -on so forth

As indicated in the proposed chart, the proposed operation process chart resulted in an
acceptable result in terms of removing superfluous motions and reducing time. Where
the proposed OPC has a 20 out of 25 operating rating and a 4 out of 5 inspection rating.
The planned OPC has a 17.01 out of 19.13 operation time and a 0.95 out of 1.15
inspection time. As a result, if the proposed cattery house is used in the project, it will
have a substantial impact.
