By receiving letter of inquiry, it means that the company has good chance to increase
its turnover. With this open chance, the process must be continued to the next transaction.
The reply of letter of inquiry is the first step of a transaction. Therefore, we have to pay
attention at some information written in the inquiry letter. We have to put in the information
based on the request, such as the catalogue, price list, sample of product, and so on in the
