As per Contract, contractor shall submit the warranty inspection procedure Noted as applicable
which should include the proposed work, method statement, risk assessment
and proforma inspection templates but AT submitted only the suggestions for
the proposed work.
Following the contract item 4.6.3 (Electrical), inspection for transformer Noted
should be done according to the supplier recommended procedure (only for
routine tests).
Below missing tests & inspections shall also be added to the submitted
documents.
1 Oil sample should be taken to check (Di electric breakdown, color, Noted, one sample can be tested
neutralization number, power factor, water content, interfacial tension)
2 Gas analysis test in oil by taking sample for checking combustible dissolved Noted, one sample can be tested
gases in oil.
This was done during commissioning work and it is Not related to warranty inspection
Measurement of insulating resistance & polarization index of winding.

4 Capacitance and loss angle (Tan&) measurement of winding & bushings. This was done during commissioning work and it is Not related to warranty inspection
5 Voltage ratio measurement on each tapping position. This was done during commissioning work and it is Not related to warranty inspection
