The liver is not enlarged and exhibits diffuse parenchymal echogenicity .

The right lobe of the liver measures 13.4 cm in its longitudinal diameter at
the midclavicular line. The portal vein and hepatic vessels are not dilated
with anechoic lumen. Intrahepatic ducts and vessels are not dilated and
anechoic.
The gallbladder is not dilated and measures 10.9 x 2.8 cm. There is no
evidence of lithiasis noted. The gallbladder wall is not thickened. The common
duct is not dilated.
The pancreas is unremarkable with homogeneous echopattern. The head
measures 1.2 cm, the body 0.8 cm and the tail 1.4 cm. No intrinsic parenchymal
lesion. The abdominal aorta is unremarkable.
The spleen is not enlarged with homogenous echopattern. No focal
parenchymal lesion seen. It measures 9.6 cm x 3.6 cm.
Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and echopatterns. The right kidney
measures 12.2 cm x 3.8 cm with a 1.3 cm cortex, while the left kidney measures
11.2 cm x 5.8 cm with a 1.1 cm cortex. No evidence of lithiasis nor
hydronephrosis is demonstrated. Both pelvocalyces are not dilated and
unremarkable. Both pararenal spaces are within normal. Both ureters are not
dilated.
The urinary bladder is distended, echo free, with smooth contours. The
bladder wall is not thickened.
The uterus is anteverted in position, not enlarged measuring 7.2 cm x 5.0
cm x 4.7 cm. Both adnexal areas are unremarkable.
Comparative study with previous scan dated Nov. 19, 2020, shows liver is
now more echoic.

Conclusion:
1. NORMAL-SIZED LIVER WITH DIFFUSE FATTY CHANGES
2. NORMAL GALLBLADDER, PANCREAS, ABDOMINAL AORTA AND SPLEEN SONOGRAM.
3. NORMAL BOTH KIDNEYS, URETERS AND URINARY BLADDER SONOGRAM.
4. NORMAL-SIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS.
