TERMS OF SERVICE
Indicative Price Total Price is based on official USD-PKR exchange rate as notified by SBP at the date of this quotation.
The impact of any depreciation in PKR with respect to the USD-PKR exchange rate forms part of the total
product price and will be charged to the Customer.
The Sales Price is based on initial survey carried out by the Sales Representative. A detailed survey will
be done after the booking and payment confirmation. In case of any new requirement added in the scope
of work, additional charges will be applicable as per actual.
Payment Method All payments are to be made through crossed cheque in the name of SkyElectric (Pvt.) Limited or
through banking instrument acceptable to SkyElectric (Pvt.) Limited. Order will be deemed confirmed
upon receipt of payment as per Payment Terms opted by the Customer.
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the full payment for the System is required to be
paid to SkyElectric as soon as the invoice is provided or in any event prior to the System being
installed at the site.
Bank Financing SkyElectric has partner banks that are offering solar financing on subsidized rates offered under SBP’s
Financing Scheme for Renewable Energy. SkyElectric shall refer all interested customers to the Bank and
shall track their loan applications with the relevant departments at the Bank. Under no circumstances shall
SkyElectric be held liable if the said approval is not granted or delayed by the Bank.
NOC Services One (1) year of free 24/7 Network Operating Center (NOC) services for remote monitoring and
troubleshooting will be provided as per prevailing Company policy.
A separate NOC Services Agreement will be executed after 1 year. Customer agrees to allow authorized
SkyElectric personnel periodic access to Smart Solar System for maintenance purpose. The system
needs to be installed indoors close to the Distribution Box and in a well-ventilated place. It is
recommended to install in a location where the ambient noise of the System will not create a disturbance.

usable capacity. This is subject to the number of cycles completed and the operating temperature
profiles of the battery cells.
For under construction sites SkyElectric System will only be handed over once the construction activities
(especially wiring/electrician's work) are complete. No load/construction machines should be connected/
operated through the SE system until all the construction/wiring related activities are completed. Any
damage (due to mentioned reasons) to the system within this duration will not be covered under warranty.
Customer need to provide un-interrupted 4G cellular/Wifi Access. Lack of connectivity to SkyElectric NOC
for extended periods of time (Above one week) may result in damage to the system which will not be
covered under warranty.
SkyElectric has its own certified Earthing Vendor pool, which are offered to the customer. In case the
customer arranges the vendor for earthing themselves, any failure or malfunction caused due to earthing
malfunction will not be covered under warranty.
Power Production The Solar PV production remains a function of solar irradiance, ambient temperature, grid availability,
connected load and net metering. The peak solar generation period is typically between 10 AM and 2 PM.
A 20kW system produces on average 76kWh or 76 units per day on an annual basis. The actual
generation varies with weather conditions, grid availability, running connected load and net metering.
Electrical appliances with high torque load like water motors/pumps, non-inverter ACs, microwave ovens,
electric heater/stove and electric geysers, iron etc. will not be connected to SkyElectric System. Our
System Warranty will be void if such appliances are connected.
A 20kWh battery bank stores 20 units of electricity. To ensure longevity of the battery, it discharges to
approximately 90% of the total capacity resulting in 18.4 units of initial usable capacity. The duration of
backup depends on the running load on the System and the timing of the grid outage. For instance, 1kW
of running load will result in 18.4 hours backup time. Alternatively, a 18.4 kW of running load will result in
only 1hour backup time.
The solar PV generation and its benefits are maximized upon net metering. Prior to net metering, units
generated from solar are dependent on running load/connected load. At low running loads, PV production
may be less than the production potential.

Scope of Work SkyElectric scope of work includes the following activities to ensure the successful installation of the
(Activities) system on the Customer’s premises:
Net Metering The Customer agrees and acknowledges that procuring the necessary approval from NEPRA and local

power Distribution Company (DISCO) shall solely be the responsibility of the Customer. SkyElectric will
only assist in filing and pursuing the application for net metering with the relevant departments. In no
circumstances shall SkyElectric be held liable if the said approval is not granted or delayed by NEPRA or
there is any delay in meter installation by the DISCO.
The Customer further agrees and acknowledges that the payment of the System is not linked to
the procurement of the net metering license.
The Customer agrees and acknowledges to meet all the requirements set out by NEPRA and local
DISCO for eligibility of net metering.
As per the existing regulations of AEDB, a contract will be signed by Customer at the time of System
delivery to initiate the net metering process.
Net-metering process involves several different public sector/ Regulatory bodies. End to end process is
very time consuming and therefore expected minimum time for License issuance is 3 Months.
Note: Fee of PKR 30,000/- for facilitation services (application filing and follow-up) rendered in net
metering will be charged.
Any other related charges (including but not limited to) e.g. cost of bi-directional meter, Lightning
arrestor, Earthing, Demand Note charges, NEPRA and DISCO charges will be borne by the
Customer.
Relocation & Customer will be charged for any redesign or relocation of System.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge and represent that I have read the terms and conditions of this proposal and I fully understand what is
stated herein. I expressly agree to all the terms and conditions set out herein and to adhere to all payments
obligations and other ancillary obligations. In signing this proposal I am not relying on any other representation
made by the Company to me including but not limited to any verbal statements made by the Sales
Representative or handwritten changes made in the above quotation or terms and conditions.
I further acknowledge that the Company's Sales Representative has explained to me:
1. The way solar PV generation, battery backup and net metering works.
2. The negative list of electrical appliances/loads that will not be connected to the System.
3. The net metering process and the Company's scope of work with respect to that.
4. The scope of work that falls under my purview.
