ZOOMLION was founded in

The company was formerly named the Changsha Institute of Construction Machinery.
Since its foundation, the company has been engaging in the research and development of high-end equipment for
infrastructure, construction, energy, environment and transportation.
The company is listed in the Shenzhen China and Hong Kong stock markets. It is the first A+H listed company in the industry
with a registered capital of 1.132 billion usd and assets of over 12 billion usd.
Engineering machinery sector includes 7 main machine business units which possessing 7 major categories and 38 product

The Construction hoisting machinery business unit (the BU) takes the charge of developing and manufacturing tower cranes

Standard equipment:

 Display shows lifted weight, distance, wind, rotation, etc.

 Heating and conditioned air
 Anemometer.
 Zoning system
 Anti-collision system. Management of any interference between 6 cranes with jib horizontal or fletching.
 Possibility of installing third party / supplier collision avoidance systems.
 From the display it helps to position the loads. By indicating the position of the trolley, reference points can
also be set. In this way it is always possible to face a specific work point.
 Possibility to display the crane on the map with standard or satellite vision. Allows full access to the state of
the crane, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 Fleet management. Possibility of remote connection by SIM card or wi-fi router and display of the cranes
remotely on the map with standard or satellite view via the app.
 Easy set up. The electronic setting of the crane allows to reduce the initial configuration times, limiter and limit
switch adjustments are made from the display in the cabin

Mast section:
The world’s first automatic welding line for mast sections providing a very high quality level.

COATING:
• Primer + Intermediate coat + Finishing coat

 Inner cavity of the mast section adopts

electrophoretic treatment to effectively
avoid corrosion.

There are various standard tower sections with different specifications, also
designed with dismountable panels, to meet further requirements on free-
stand height; pin connection creates solid and reliable tower structure.
Strengthened anti-corrosion ability by a full electrophoretic primer including
inner cavity and corners, strong adhesive force and better evenness of paint:
• Hammered pins.
• Rapid connection pins by hydraulic tool.

The Zoomlion European distribution hub named Zoomlion Europe is an integrated

company of CIFA S.p.A. based in Italy and belonging to the ZOOMLION Group.

This hub has been specifically created for the distribution and development in Europe of
Zoomlion branded lifting machineries. (Material Handling Equipment, Areal Platforma,
Tower and Mobile Cranes).

assembly, customizations and PDI of Zoomlion Lifting Products (Tower cranes, Mobile cranes, others).

06 – Why Zoomlion?

- New Cranes are in their highest price level = very low

ROI.
- Availability of used cranes will be very limited in 2019
and 2020.
- Used cranes are anyway very expensive because they
