JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
I, Joel Sumangil, of legal age, married, plaintiff in this case,
state under oath as follows:

Preliminary Statement

The person examining me is Atty. Angela Lenin E. Paycana


with address at Block 4 Lot 6 Congressional Road, Barangay
Poblacion 2, General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite. The examination is
being held at the same address. I am answering her questions fully
conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for
false testimony or perjury.

PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of the plaintiff is being offered


to prove that the accused in this case is innocent of the charge
against him.

1. Q: Please state your name and other personal circumstances


for the record.

A: I am JOEL SUMANGIL, a resident of Blk. 66 Lot 15 Zone 5


AFP Housing, Bulihan, Silang, Cavite.

2. Q: Did you witness the real incident that allegedly transpired


at the date and time of the incident?

A: Yes, ma’am.
3. Q: Can you tell this Honorable Court what have you witnessed
and the real incident that took place?

A: That around 5:45 in the afternoon of the date of the


incident, I was in Zone 5 covered court and standing near the
house of the complainant, Mrs. Nilda Delgado.

4. Q: What did you witness at that time:

A: I saw that the accused and the complainant were talking
and Ms. Delgado allowed the accused to enter her house.

6. Q: What happened next if any Mr. Witness?

A: I saw the accused and the complainant talked cordially and


I saw the accused’s deceased wife went to the house of Ms.
Delgado and fetched him.

7. Q: What happened next?

A: The accused peacefully went home, Maam. I heard Mrs.


Delgado said a parting words towards Mrs. Aranador, “Mare
puti na ang buhok natin wala na tayo pampakulay” and
they both laughed.

8. Q: Mr. witness, Mr. Aranador was accused of Acts of


Lasciviouness, did you notice or see that the accused touched
any part of complainant’s body before, during and after the
incident?

A: No, ma’am.

9. Do you have any more to say?


A: None, ma’am.
