Subject : Termination of Lease Contract

This is to formalize and acknowledge receipt of your text message to me dated April 23,
2017 of which I quote “ . . . . . As to the existing contract, we plan not to extend anymore. We
will vacate asap so you can entertain future lessors. . . . “

In connection thereof, it is expected from you to have vacated the leased premises by
May 31, 2017 and surrender the corresponding KEYS in accordance to the terms and conditions
of our contract.

For your further information, I already granted permission to the new tenant/lessee
entry to the premises effective June 1st, 2017.

Please be guided accordingly.
