Re : REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

Dear Atty. Ferrer,

Attached for your perusal and reference are xeroxed copies of a Lease
Contract and letter of confirmation of the latter’s termination dated April 29,
2017. The Contract expires on May 31, 2017.

Since the undersigned have some apprehensions on the matter of how my

tenant will vacate the leased premises which may cause serious damages, I am
requesting that a representative from our Barangay be present to oversee that
the Lease Contract be followed to the letter, specifically conditions 7, 11 & 12,
respectively. The possible period for tenant to vacate would cover the dates from
May 27 to 30, 2017 but not later than May 31 st, 2017. Further, I have already
permitted the new tenant to enter the subject premises effective JUNE 1 st 2017.

To avoid untoward incident by and between the parties involved, I am

hoping for your usual favourable response on this regard.
