Preposition is a word which shows relation between a noun or pronoun and

other words in the sentence.
For Example:
1. The jug is on the table.
2. Sudha jumped into the river.
3. The duck is in the pond.
4. The house is behind the tree.
5. Open your book at page no.55.

Difference between in and into

IN INTO

In is used to describe where someone or Into is used when something or someone is
something already is. (No Action) going into another location. (Action is there)

Ex:  1. She is in the room.  EX.1.She walked into the room.
2. The toy is in the box. 2.The boy put the toy into the box.
