What do you think it could be better to improve the antivirus software?

Software that scans for threats and detects suspicious activity is called antivirus. The loss

of data and other consequences of poor performance can cause thousands in missed productivity

due to poor performance and lack of protection. The advantage of improving antivirus software

is that it is updated in real-time and offers professional assistance when attacks are detected.

For example, the bottom line of a small business can be adversely affected by

information technology such as antivirus. Other threats such as spam, data loss, etc. are also

present, but there are also opportunities—such as appropriate marketing technologies—to boost

sales, decrease costs and increase productivity. Although the impact of each IT area is different,

they are often bundled together and are often hidden behind convenience (Connolly, & Wall,

2019).

How safe do you feel to use antivirus software in your organization, and what other

precautions do you use to prevent virus, malware, etc.?

Your general feeling is the best protection. Do not click any links you receive via email,

regardless of who sent them. Your email account will be logged in to facilitate this process.

Always use a secure password to access your computer. Additionally, do not click on pop-up

messages that indicate your computer is infected or that you need to consult a 'specialist.' Finally,

make sure all your personal information is protected. Since I take care of my own data, I don't

use cloud backup solutions.

It would be best if you avoided junk websites: These websites may contain ads that

may tempt you to download one or more scams, like downloading additional RAM or upgrading

your Pentium III to an i9 Extreme. Be careful of these ads and websites (Stephen, 2017). Browse

the web normally.

Get real softness: If you want to keep your program virus-free, you might want to avoid

downloading it from third-party websites or torrent sites.

In order to prevent viruses, malware, etc., from being easily transmitted, do not install

random pen drives and hard drives.

Also, spam emails tend to contain viruses, so if you're unsure of what it is or why it was

sent, do not open it.
