Mr. and Mrs. Sante will celebrate their wedding anniversary. They decided to have a simple dinner
party with their family and close friends at Angel’s Restaurant. They made reservations via telephone
two days before the party.

GRASPS NARRATIVE:
Mr. and Mrs. Sante will celebrate their wedding anniversary. They decided to have a simple
dinner party with their family and close friends at Angel’s Restaurant. They made
reservations via telephone two days before the party. In this situation, you as a servers/video
editor look for ways on how to provide friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You decided to
demonstrate skills in food and beverage services to the people in the restaurant, you have
decided to come up with a video that shows ways on how to be a professional server. Your
output will be graded based on the following: skills demonstration, services preparations, use
of appropriate video editing tools and audio & video quality.
