MY SELF REFLECTION

Another month has passed and I'm just incredibly excited about the tasks for self-study on the OTC
platform. Now I can easily cope with misbehavior in my lessons, moreover, I can say with sure that I
have learned how to encourage my students to do more and how to be involved into the lesson
atmosphere. I become more flexible and predictable.

I should also work on my Teaching Professional Development. That’s why I try always to

- learn new information about my subject and teaching;

- work with colleagues to identify and solve teaching and school problems.
- observe colleagues to learn new teaching techniques.
- attend training and apply new information in my teaching.
