Let Us Reflect

For decades of study and research, until now, music is an indefinable,

indescribable phenomenon according to Gurney as cited by Fisher in 1929.
Clearly that music may change from time to time depending on the events
and aspirations of its contemporary period.

This lesson we will try to describe the music of the time of the 20th
century. During this period, there was a lager variety of music that people
were oriented. People basically listened to music at live Classical music
concerts or by individuals performing music or singing songs on a
recreational basis at home before the introduction of technology started.

For the people to access in musical performances, they need purchase

recordings, listen on radio to recordings or live broadcasts of a huge variety
of songs and musical pieces. Through these, wider range of the population to
listen to performances in theater and operas that they would not be able to
hear live, either due to not being able to afford live-concert tickets.
