AN ORDER EXTENDING, THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE MODIFIED ENHANCED

COMMUNITY QUARANTINE IN OTON AND ADOPTION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 222,
SERIES OF 2021, OF THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO
 

WHEREAS, on 30 June 2021, Resolution No. 124 Series of 2021 was issued by the
Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF)
recommending the Province of Iloilo under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine
(MECQ);

WHEREAS, on 30 June 2021, Governor Arthur Defensor, Jr. issued Executive Order
No. 222, Series of 2021, AN ORDER FOR INTENSIFIED PREVENTION, DETECTION,
ISOLATION, TREATMENT AND REINTEGRATION UNDER MODIFIED ENHANCED
COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MECQ) AND TO IMPLEMENT A SOCIOECONOMIC RECOVERY
PLAN IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOILO;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CARINA V. FLORES, Mayor, Municipality of Oton, by virtue of

the powers and authority vested in me by law, do hereby order that:
 

I. That the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine is hereby extended until 15

July 2021 or until the IATF shall have issued the appropriate resolution and the
Province of Iloilo, the corresponding Executive Order;

II. All relevant national government issuances are hereby adopted by reference.
