Recipe 01 : Egg in Bread

Description: The easiest and quick breakfast recipe to make in the


morning when running late for work!

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Bread 2-3 slices

Butter as needed

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Take a pan and heat it lightly with melting butter in it. keeping the
flame low, take one slice of bread and place a small cup in the 15

middle of it to make a round shape 2. Take the cut out round piece
and keep it aside. In that hole of the slice, break the egg and let it
cook from the bottom. After a minute flip the whole slice.

3. The egg should be attached to the slice as it cooked from one side.
The other side would take a minute to be cooked. Take it off the pan
and serve in plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste.

Recipe 02 : Dominican Panini

Description: Easy to make recipe at breakfast with a toasty crunch


Cooking time: 10 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Bread (slices) – 3

Spinach – 2 cups

Onion (chopped) – 2

Cheese (any, shredded) – 2 cups

Tomatoes (chopped) – 2

Oil – 2 tbsp.
Salt and pepper as needed

Directions:

1. Make a triangular cut to the bread and apply oil on it. Preheat a
panini press on low while preparing bread.

2. Now on one side of the slice, put the cheese and then cover it with
onion, spinach, tomato, add salt and pepper according to the desired
taste.

3. Now put the other slice on top of it and place the whole bread in
the maker. Close it and then let it cook for about 2-3 minutes. When
done, carefully take it out and enjoy the yummy toasty Panini.

Recipe 03 : Codfish Fried Balls

Description: an unforgettable taste of fried deliciousness with


codfish!

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Codfish – 1 lb., chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Bay leaf – 1

Oil for frying

Onion – 1, chopped

Garlic clove – 1, minced

Red bell pepper – 1, chopped

Cilantro – 1 cup, chopped Milk – 2 tbsp.

Eggs – 2

Bread crumbs – 1 cup

Flour (all-purpose) – 1 cup

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan on low heat.


2. Mix codfish, bay leaf, onion, garlic cloves and red bell pepper with
salt and pepper.

3. Make small round balls or patties out of the mixture. Set aside.

4. Mix milk, eggs and flour into the bowl.

5. Dip the fish balls into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs.

6. Place the balls into the pan. Cook for 15 minutes.

7. When ready, garnish with cilantro to serve!

Ingredients:

Flour (all-purpose) – 2 cups

Whole eggs – 6

Whole milk – ½ cup

Heavy cream – ¼ cup

Cheddar cheese – 1 cup

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 F and prepare muffin tray.

2. Mix flour, eggs and milk in a bowl.

3. Add heavy cream, salt, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and


bacon to flour and egg mixture and mix well.

4. Pour batter into the muffin tin.

5. Bake for 20 minutes.

6. When ready, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Carrots – 3, sliced

with cilantro.

1. Pour oil into a frying pan.

2. Mash and Mix ripe plantain and cheese in a bowl. Make round
patties out of the mixture. Set aside.

3. Prepare a batter: mix eggs, flour, sugar, milk and salt in a bowl.

4. Dip the patties into the batter.

5. Place in the frying pan. Cook for 10 minutes on both sides.

6. When ready, serve and enjoy!

Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Chicken (chopped and cooked) – 1 lb.

Celery (sliced) – 2 cups

Directions:

3. Add chicken breast, spinach leaves with Alfredo sauce. Let it cook

Recipe 13 : Green Pepper Mix Rice

Description: A bell pepper recipe is fully nutritious.

Cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

Brown rice 1 cup

Green bell peppers (large) – 3

Soy sauce 3 tbsp.


Vegetarian sauce 1 tsp.

Cranberries 1 cup

Directions:

1. This dish can be a bit tricky so make sure to follow the steps
accurately.

2. First of all, boil the green bell peppers half way so that it can be
used for filling. Cut them from the top and take out the seeds. Allow
to boil and ensure they don’t break.

3. add brown rice into the pan with soy sauce, vegetarian sauce and
cheese. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

4. Add cranberries, salt and pepper, brown sugar and tomato sauce.

Stir well.

5. Cook for another 10 minutes.

6. When ready, serve the dish to enjoy!

3. When cooked and soft then add onions, vinegar, chicken stock and
white rice.

5. When ready, add thyme on top to serve and enjoy!

Chicken breast (2) boneless

White rice – 2 cups

Lemon – 1

Salt and pepper to taste

Oregano 1 pinch

heat. Keep stirring it well while cooking.

Recipe 16 : The Favorite Spinach Casserole Description: If you are
a fan of spinach then this is one of the great recipes which you
should try for the casseroles tonight!

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Milk (low fat) – 2 cups

Cream (low fat) – 2 cups

Garlic (cloves) – 2

Bay leaf 1
Salt as desired

Bacon (slices) – 4

Spinach leaves – 2 cups Butter as needed

Onions (sliced) – 2

Cheese (low fat) – 2 cups

Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

Pepper as needed (grounded)

Directions:

1. Get a pan and cook the milk, cream and the bay leaf in it. On the
other side, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Now when milk mixture
has boiled, set aside for a while.

2. Fry the bacon slices until they look crispy. in the same pan, cook
the spinach lightly but make sure it does not get mashed. Add salt
and pepper per desired taste. Pour into a bowl and keep it aside to
cool.

3. Now in the same pan, add butter and melt it. Cook the onions and
garlic until they look tender. Put in cheese and the lemon juice and
stir it. Now you have three things which are separate.

4. Combine all mixtures that have been set aside and pour into a
baking dish and cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. add more
cheese on top of the baking dish (if so desired) to make it delicious.

Once cooked, let it cool for 10 minutes then it is ready to serve.

Recipe 17 : Beef Casserole with Onions Description: Delicious
combination of beef and onion in a form of casserole is all you need
for the dinner table tonight!

Cooking time: 55 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Butter – 2 tbsp.

Onions (chopped) – 2

Garlic (chopped) – 2

Bay Leaf – 1

Thyme – 2 tbsp.
Mushrooms – 2 cups

Oil as needed

Steak (diced) – 1 lb.

Salt and pepper to taste

Beef broth – 2 cups

Wine (red) – 2 cups

Sauce – 2 tbsp.

Sour Cream (low fat) – 2 tbsp.

Parsley as needed

Directions:

1. Take out a pan and put butter in it to melt over medium heat. Now
add the chopped onions, garlic and bay leaf in it to cook.

2. Add salt and pepper as desired. Cook until it turns light brown then
add the thyme and cook for a few more minutes. stir in the
mushrooms and keep the heat low. When mushrooms tender up,
take off heat and set aside in a bowl.

3. Put some oil in the pan again and fry steak till it starts to brown all
over. Pour in the wine and add the mushroom mixture.

4. Add sauce, sour cream and beef broth. Stir everything together
and bring to a simmer. On low heat, cook for 30-45 minutes or until
meat is tender.

5. Once meat is tender, take off heat and season with parsley. Serve
hot with buns.

Recipe 18 : Ham Casserole with Vegetables Description: Ham

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Carrots (sliced) 2

Green pepper (sliced) 2


Ham Diced (cooked) 1 lb.

Onion (sliced) – 1

Celery (sliced) – 1 stalk

Half and half cream (low fat) – 1 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Grease an oven proof dish with butter and set aside. Preheat oven
to 325 F degree. with a pan over medium heat, melt butter and stir-fry
onions until soft.

2. Add the green pepper and carrots plus salt and pepper to taste.

3. Add in ham, celery and parsley and stir in milk 4. Pour all this to
the baking dish and the dress it with the cheese.

Cook it in the oven for about 45 minutes and check in between if the
cheese is being turned brown.

5. Once cooked, it is ready to be served hot.

Recipe 19 : The Cheesy Beef Casserole Description: Choosing the
right casserole is a big decision which is why we have beef casserole
with beef to fulfill all your cravings.

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Butter – 2 tbsp.

Onion (chopped) – 2

Garlic (cloves) – 2

Mushrooms – 2 cups

Cream (low fat) – 2 tbsp.


Chicken (chopped) – 1 lb.

Pepper and Salt as taste

Beef (grounded) – 1 lb.

Cheese (slices) (low fat) 2 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Heat a pan on low heat and melt the butter in it. Add the onion and
garlic and cook it. After a couple of minutes, add mushrooms to it and
keep stirring until it is cooked light brownish.

2. Cook for about a minute and then add cream and broth in it. Let
the mixture thicken a bit, then take it off the heat.

3. On the other hand, turn on the oven to 350 F degrees and spray or
oil a casserole dish. Pour in the thickened cream mixture and spread
the beef over the cream, forming another layer.

4. Bake for about 20 minutes then take it out and spread shredded
cheese over the beef layer. After that cook for 10 to 15 more minutes
and take it out of the oven. Cool a little and serve.

Recipe 20 : Squashy Casseroles

Description: Casseroles work as the best food on your table when


you have an empty stomach and feel like eating something delicious!

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

Oil as needed or cooking spray.

Squash – 2

Onions (chopped) – 2

Cheese (shredded) (low fat) – 2 tbsp.

Salt and pepper as needed


Pimientos (diced) – 2 tbsp.

Sauce (any) – 2 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Heat up oven up to 350 F degree. Cover a baking dish with oil or


cooking spray. The whole dish should be mildly moist with the
oil/spray.

2. Take a pot and cook all the main ingredients in it such as onion,
squash and pimientos.

3. When the vegetables are boiled, take them out of water. Add all
the ingredients together and then add the salt and pepper to taste.

4. Take the mixture and pour it all in the casserole baking dish. Now
cook it for about 40 minutes in the oven.

5. Keep a track of time and when it is cooked, take it out and let it
cool a bit then it is ready to eat.

Recipe 21 : Arequipe Pudding

Description: Try the arequipe pudding recipe and you would want to

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Servings: 2 to 3 servings

Ingredients:

White rice – 1 cup

Cinnamon sticks – 2

Water – 2 cups

Evaporated milk – 1 cup

Whole milk – 2 cups


Salt – a pinch

Vanilla extract – 1 tbsp.

Arequipe – 1 can, 12 oz.

Directions:

1. Pour water, cinnamon sticks and rice into a pot.

2. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.

3. When ready, take out the cinnamon sticks and rinse the rice.

4. Put rice back into the same pot.

5. Mix whole milk, salt, vanilla extract, evaporated milk and sugar and
pour over rice.

6. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

7. When ready, stir well.

8. Pour the rice pudding into a bowl and pour arequipe in the middle.

9. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Rice – 1 cup

Water – 4 cups

Whole milk – 2 cups

Coconut milk – 1 can, 12 oz.


Cream of coconut – ½ cup

Sweet condensed milk – 1 can, 14 oz.

1. Pour rice and water into a pot.

2. Let it boil on high heat for 20 minutes.

3. Mix salt, whole milk, coconut milk, cream of coconut and


condensed milk and pour over rice.

5. When ready, garnish with raisins and serve!

Ingredients:

Butter – 1 tbsp.

Sugar – ½ cup

Eggs – 2

Bananas – 4 sliced

Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp.

Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.


Heavy cream – ¾ cup

Flour (all-purpose) – ½ cup

Directions:

1. Set oven to heat at 350 F and set aside a greased oven proof dish.

2. Mix sugar and butter until light and beat each egg at a time. Mix
well after each egg. Add in cinnamon, vanilla, flour and heavy cream
and beat on low speed until completely incorporate.

3. Add a pinch of salt. Make sure there is no lump in the batter.

4. Place banana slices in greased baking dish.

5. Pour the batter over it and let it bake for 20 minutes.
