Executive Summary Activity

As I begin to move into more professional circles, I need to strengthen my professional persona in order
to be successful. This document summarizes my communication style, where discrepancies lie between
how I am perceived and how I try to present myself, and overall takeaways in order to strengthen my
desired professional persona. My research has shown that how I wish to present myself seems to differ
from how others perceive me. In order to come to this conclusion, I have analyzed my PeopleStyles,
Culture Map, and feedback from my peers.
