• Work on the financial and benefits solutions for clients like Accenture, KeyCorp,
General Dynamics , Eli Lily.
• The project takes care of the participant’s (input) data, from the time he/she
enters the system, to various accounting/non accounting activities that he performs, like
contributions, withdrawals, loans, investment, etc. and also returns there compensation and
total rewards.
• Use both the manual and automated tools for testing, such as IVR, PCS, ECHO
(matching the characteristics of Win runner), Workbench (Hewitt’s specific tool kit for testing,
for every client Hewitt works for).
• Work on mainframes like DB2, CICS, ISPF, TSO, BFQuery that support Hewitt’s
tools to access the data, and help in perform testing either in GUI, YBR, IVR, CsPro .
• Prepare an Analysis of the client’s requirements or the change orders.
• Cloning the base setup and then modifying it according to the specifications.
• Running Batch jobs using Mainframes i.e. CICS, JCL ,DB2
• Debugging and Defect resolution, both on mainframes and channels like GUI,
IVR, YBR.
• Ensure compliance to the SDLC and the quality policy.
• Preparing Test Plans based on software specifications.
• Participate in functionality reviews with base team.
 • Provide complete assistance in Client Acceptance testing.
• Manage an entire team for various projects starting from planning the entire project,
preparing a blueprint of the required work to be completed, mentor and coach the
team for required skill and the fundamentals, updating the client team about project
status periodically, to Deployment of the project and Post production verifications.

Major Project Undertaken:

1. Conversion of Funds

Client: - Accenture
Tools/Technology: - HRO Workbench, Conversations, ECHO/Win runner, GUI.
Description: Projects include the Conversion of Inactive Fund into other Active funds
depending upon the Investment elections and the employment status.
Responsibilities Include: Submitting the Batch job to view the expected result,
Unit testing the code, Enhancement of JCL Jobs in the Client database as requested
The client, Preparing test plans, performing unit, integration and regression testing.

2. Up-gradation of version of YBR (Your Benefits Resources) website

Client: - Accenture
Tools/Technology: - HRO Workbench, Conversations, CM-Synergy.
Description: Project included upgrading the version of the YBR site and adding some
functionalities and customizations for the client.
Responsibilities Include: Preparing test plans,
Performing integration and regression testing.

3. Customization and enhancement

Client: - Accenture
Tools/Technology: - HRO Workbench, Conversations, ECHO/Win runner, GUI.
Description: Project included the addition of new Funds in the existing Plan structure of
client.
Responsibilities Include: Doing Setup using workbench, Cloning of the funds,
Preparing test plans, performing unit, integration and regression testing.

4. Additions of new accounts and Funds

Client: - Accenture
Tools/Technology: - HRO Workbench, Conversations, ECHO/Win runner, GUI.
Description: Project included the addition of new Funds and Accounts in the existing
Plan structure of client.
Responsibilities Include: Doing Setup using workbench, Cloning of the funds,
Preparing test plans, performing unit, integration and regression testing.

Key Achievements:

• Successfully completed an Investment project, which Involved the movement of some 2

billion dollars of client money.
• Successfully handled the YBR project for Eli- Lilly
• Successfully tested the new Release of Hewitt’s Tools.
• Successfully implemented the Conversion of funds, which involved Conversion of
balance of Inactive Fund into other Active funds depending upon the Investment elections
and the employment status.
• Successfully managed the entire regression for Keycorp starting from planning the
regression, division of work among the team members, updating the client team
 about the daily status, to Deployment.
