Tell me about yourself:

My name is Nurul Adlina Bt Mohd Fadzir. I am 21 years old. I born in Kuala Lumpur. I am the eldest
of 5 siblings. I live with my parents at Bandar Saujana Putra. I am a fresh graduate from UiTM. I’m
graduated Diploma in Banking Studies with GPA of 2.95. I chose that field of study because I’ve
always been interested in finance and money, and my both parents told me it leads to great career
options, too. I’ve worked hard in my education and I think now I’m ready to apply my knowledge
into practice. I had applied this job as a marketer from the apps indeed. I had read all the
descriptions. This position seems like a great opportunity to advance my skills and continue building
my career and challenging myself. Before this I worked as a part timer every semester break like
Pizza Hut, Lazada, Secret Recipe, PA pharmacists.

What are your strength:

I am a punctual person. I always arrive early and complete my work on time since from highschool
until my university time. My father is a very punctual man and he has always tried to imbibe in us
the value of respecting others’ time and respecting time, in general. I never delayed my work or
procrastinated. Next, I consider myself to be a team player. I like to work with other people and I
find that it’s so much easier for us to achieve something. Lastly, from what I see in myself. I am very
ambitious. I have always set myself goals and it motivates me to work hard day by day.

What are your weakness:

I would say that my biggest weakness is the lack of experience. Actually that is one of the reasons
why I applied for a job, because I knew that marketing jobs require strong communication skills and
the ability to use these effectively to sell products or persuade a client base of a products worth. So,
I believe that I can gain more experience from this company. Next, this is my first job that I applied
as a marketer. I never had experience in working field because before this I only work as a part timer
in F&B and I did hijab modelling for weekend.

Can you tell us your knowledge about our company:

RF Infinite Sdn Bhd is a member of RF Group of companies which has Evolved and expanded into a
boutique advertising agency that implementation services in providing our clients with concepts,
designs, solutions with understanding of the industry and intricate consumer insight.

RF Infinite Sdn Bhd provides software development outsourcing, systems integration and solution
delivery services.

Holistic digital marketing from big idea creation and campaign management, website and e-
commerce, up to artificial intelligence (AI) marketing technology deployment, Digital media strategy
and IT solutions.

What is your salary requirement:

Since I am a fresher, salary is not first priority for me. This is a big platform for me to build my career
and improve my knowledge and gain experience. I did some research and I found that salary for
diploma holder is RM 1800. So, I will say that my expected salary is around that.

What do you want to work as a marketing:

I really enjoy making contacts and spend time talking with people. I have the confidence to talk with
new people everyday. I feel satisfied when I was interacting with customer and making sure I’m able
to meet their needs and giving them the best customer experience. To enhance my Decision-
Making: As a marketing manager/assistant, we will have to choose strategies to sell the company's
products. This often includes using critical thinking skills to select what we have decided is the best
option from among several.

Challenges that marketing managers face currently include:

During this pandemics, we can see that all companies are in struggled. So, we have to coming up
with new and effective ways to market a product in such a competitive economy nowadays. Next,
keeping up with technological developments and trends since this 2020 people tend to used more
technologies.
