What we they do?

- Researcher will utilize gmeet/zoom (whatever is convinient in this time of pandemic)

- Researcher will prepare an open-ended questions, to start a conversation

- During interaction, researcher will try to identify jargons that the professionals used during the
interaction, and will observe what roles does professional jargons contributed to the effectivity of the
communication

- What hindrances of communication did the professionals encounter and how did they manage to
overcome those barriers.

- In a zoom meeting, we will ask them a few questions about thier field of work

- Let them have the conversation for about 30 mins.
