Statistics Case Analysis No. 1

Problem:
The Human Resources Manager, Mr. Gerry Fuller tasks to undertake a comprehensive salary
equity review. Upon undergoing the investigation, a group of female employees complained
about the preferential salary treatment given to male employees while other bank officials
grab the opportunity to examine a wide range of other salary-related issues.

Objectives:
1. To determine if male employees of Worst National Bank were given preferential salary
treatment.
2. To summarize the available information for further analysis, including but not limited to
addressing the discrimination question.
