E-MOBILITY PROGRAM GUIDELINES

1. E-Mobility is an online program offered to international students

whereby students can take up to 2 courses from the same faculty for 1
semester.

2. Mode of learning are online synchronous, asynchronous, or/and combination of

both. All assessments, lectures, tutorials, assignments and group tasks will
fully be conducted online.

3. All courses will be taught in English.

4. Students will have to attend the final exam which will be conducted
online, and Academic Transcript can be generated from the Integrated
Student Information System (SMPB) once approved by the UMS Senate the end
of the semester.

5. Applicants must submit these attachments in the e-mobility application

a) Letter of Mobility Recommendation from Home University

b) Latest examination result/transcript from Home University

(Undergraduate student must obtain CGPA 3.0 and above
to be qualified)
Application form
c) Passport sized photograph in QR Code

d) Passport/Country ID/Student ID card copy

1. Go to Academic Services Division website http://bpa.ums.edu.my/

2. Click on drop down menu Current Students > Lecture/Class Schedule > Kota

3. You will see this site or the link is: http://bpa.ums.edu.my/kuliah/

4. Click on Timetable Finder and you will this site. On default language is Malay language

5. Example you are trying to search for lecture schedule of the course below; press Ctrl+F
and a type box will appear. Type in your course code; “BB30603”
Example:
Course Code: BB30603
Course Name: Corporate Entrepreneurship
Faculty: Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy

6. Click on the course code and course name “Module: BB30603 CORPORATE
ENTREPRENEURSHIP” and this site will appear. Here are the example of the details of
which day and time of the course and the course’s lecturer name. Students can copy this
timetable for future references.
